ABOUT THE PROJECT

Software shaped by actual student ministry weeks.

Youth Ministry Tools began with a simple frustration: ministry work was spread across disconnected documents, generic business apps, and small one-off tools that did not understand the room.

The suite is being built from inside a working student ministry. That means the details matter: Sunday service follow-up, volunteer readiness, the game trailer, the folding chairs, the missing HDMI adapter, the student who needs a quiet check-in, and the report church leadership needs next week.

The goal is not to replace people or automate ministry. The goal is to reduce the clerical drag around the people doing it.

WORKING PRINCIPLES

The chair is not decoration.

Every tool eventually serves the room where students, leaders, volunteers, and families meet. The software should remember that.

  • Churches keep control of their own ministry data.
  • Tools should connect without becoming one giant fragile machine.
  • Documentation is part of the product.
  • Security updates should be clear and practical.
  • Small churches should not be punished for having small budgets.
  • Software should respect the human work it supports.

PROJECT STATUS

Built openly, released carefully.

The website, installation path, documentation, security practices, and upgrade model are being prepared alongside the suite. Public screenshots and version numbers remain placeholders until the first release candidate is ready.
